At YouthfulLab, we are committed to providing a smooth and professional customer experience. Because our products are for in-vitro laboratory research use only and not for human or animal consumption, we maintain a strict refund and return policy.
Shipping Information

Shipping timelines vary between 2–6 business days under normal conditions.

If there are delays with carriers such as USPS, shipping may take up to 14 days.
Refunds

Exchanges & Store Credits
Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of YouthfulLab.
Store credits may be granted for:

Other valid circumstances (excluding buyer’s remorse)

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue results from a product defect or a shipping error. Store credits will be processed through the same secure payment system used for the original purchase.
