Refund & Returns Policy — YouthfulLab

At YouthfulLab, we are committed to providing a smooth and professional customer experience. Because our products are for in-vitro laboratory research use only and not for human or animal consumption, we maintain a strict refund and return policy.

Shipping Information

  • Orders are typically processed the same day or within 2 business days.

  • Shipping timelines vary between 2–6 business days under normal conditions.

  • If there are delays with carriers such as USPS, shipping may take up to 14 days.

Refunds

  • No refunds are issued for any reason once an order is placed.

  • Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are considered final.

Exchanges & Store Credits

Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of YouthfulLab.

Store credits may be granted for:

  • Product defects

  • Order fulfillment errors

  • Other valid circumstances (excluding buyer’s remorse)

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue results from a product defect or a shipping error. Store credits will be processed through the same secure payment system used for the original purchase.
