At YouthfulLab, we prioritize the secure and efficient delivery of your research materials. Because our products are sensitive, high-purity biochemicals, we utilize specialized logistics to ensure the integrity of your order from our laboratory to yours.

1. Domestic Shipping Only
YouthfulLab currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, nor do we ship to U.S. territories or PO Boxes for certain restricted research compounds.

2. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are often processed the same day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed to the carrier.

3. Shipping Costs & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the shipment and the selected speed.

  • We utilize reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Options are available at checkout for researchers requiring time-sensitive delivery.

  • 4. Potential Service Interruptions
    While we strive for consistent delivery windows, external factors such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or high-volume holiday periods may impact timelines. If your shipment has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact our support team.

  • 5. Cold Chain & Product Integrity
    For specific temperature-sensitive peptides, YouthfulLab may utilize insulated packaging or expedited shipping mandates. We recommend that researchers are present to receive and properly store these materials immediately upon arrival to maintain analytical grade quality.

  • 6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
    Once an order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the purchaser. However, if your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at support@youthfullab.com within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date with your order number and photo evidence of any damage.

  • 7. Policy Updates
    YouthfulLab reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site and services constitutes your agreement to the current policy.
